Coaching Session
Online, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their health goals and wellness vision. The individual session will help to develop an action step to achieve these personal goals.
50 mins | $80 | Get started
3-Month Coaching Program
Online, these sessions will help you with what you care most about and help to develop a new mindset, habits, and patterns to meet your goals. Sessions are bi-weekly, 6 sessions total.

6-Month Coaching Program
Online, this time will be spent working towards incorporating sustainable lifestyle changes to improve health and meet wellness goals. Sessions are bi-weekly, 12 sessions total.

Making Health Coaching More Accessible.
Health and wellness coaching is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA) and health reimbursement accounts (HRA). For this to happen, you will need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or health care professional.
